To be eligible to win the Provision & Protection Essay Contest providing the best story about the tale of the Vision Forum Catalog cover, the following entry rules apply:

• Each story should be submitted as a Microsoft Word Document and sent in as an attachment to 2010essay@visionforum.com.
• The story submission should be titled in this format: Name of Author (Last, First) - name of story. (sample format: Jones, Emily - The Last Stand.doc)
• Each story should be formatted properly and not to be less than 100 typed words, and not to exceed 1,200 typed words.
• Every submission must include the name, age, mailing address, and email address of the author. If available, a photo of the author or the author’s family would be appreciated.
• Any submission of an article into the contest may be used by Vision Forum at its sole discretion for advertising, promotion, or product assimilation.
• There is no limit to the number of submissions any individual may submit.
• A $5 processing fee will apply for each entry. Click here to purchase your entry fee(s). Please note: when paying your essay fee, simply have the quantity of entry fees match the number of entries (essays) you are entering into the contest and please submit all entries together with the order confirmation number when submitting.

Note: Should the author be under 18 years of age, a parental consent must be included:

I, ______________ (the parent), agree to the submission of my child’s story to the Provision & Protection Essay Contest, and I give permission that, should this story win an award, the story, author’s name, age, and other information provided may be publicly used in conjunction with announcing the winning of the contest and the promotion of Vision Forum and the 2010 Provision & Protection Family Catalog.

All entries must be received by December 31, 2009.

A runner up and honorable mention will be announced on February 1, 2010.

Vision Forum reserves the right to exclude any entry at its discretion without notice.
