Epstein Co-conspirator Fired by Supreme Court Justice from Position of Public Trust for Assisting Jennifer Epstein. Supreme Court Justice Describes Epstein Conspiracy as Vile Scheme.
I.Background
Mark and Jennifer Epstein are co-conspirators in a significant Internet scheme to destroy the reputation and ministries of different Christian leaders. They were excommunicated from their church for sins including habitual lying. Both have been confronted by multiple churches and pastors for their improper behavior. Jennifer Epstein has also been identified by community home school leaders for unethical practices.
While most Christian families are about the business of raising their children and managing their homes, Mrs. Epstein appears to have devoted hundreds if not thousands of hours to relentlessly harass men, women, and children with whom she is displeased. She is believed to be one of the principal agents behind numerous articles under pseudonymous names, faked websites, and letter writing campaigns designed to destroy businesses and defame the character of ministers. Strong evidence suggests that she is one of the original organizers and architects of the Ministry Watchman Internet conspiracy to destroy Christian ministers.
Clear evidence points to the fact that, in 2006, Jennifer Epstein also conspired with a state employee to use the electronic mail to deceive the Vision Forum customer base and to tortiously interfere with our business and destroy our reputation. This effort targeted our friends and customer base and disseminated emails which gave the impression that they were generated by Vision Forum itself. Those who opened the e-mails were exposed to a well-orchestrated vengeance attack, including a hit piece targeting Vision Forum president Doug Phillips, his wife Beall, and the men and women of the local church he attends. The e-mail directed individuals to a web site that contained vicious and untruthful articles. Though she and her co-conspirators attempted to hide themselves behind anonymity, using proxy servers, anonymizers, and pseudonyms, they were eventually discovered and exposed.
II.Investigation Reveals Wrongdoing
Over the course of what is now a seven-month investigation, Vision Forum and others have obtained convincing evidence that a number of the key conspirators involved with Ministry Watchman have engaged in:
Conspiracy to harm Christian ministers and their families by spreading falsehoods designed to deceive the public and the home school community. In an obvious effort to avoid civil liability and criminal prosecution for their actions, a concern which the co-conspirators specifically discussed in their written communications with one another, Epstein and her co-conspirators used anonymizers, proxy servers, anonymous postings, pseudonymous postings and Internet trolling to defame Christian ministers. In addition to shielding themselves from prosecution through anonymity, this strategy allowed a small handful of conspirators to create the impression that there was a multitude of individuals in solidarity with them.
Conspiracy to spy on the homes of Christian pastors like R.C. Sproul, Sr. and to interview neighbors under false pretences with the goal of finding evidence to discredit the Christian leaders before the general public, so as to undermine their financial support status and harm their reputation.
A carefully planned and timed conspiracy to destroy Doug and Beall Phillips and Vision Forum, by using fake names to create the impression of widespread disillusion and to facilitate self-footnoting by creating multiple websites to create a deceiving trail of manufactured facts by multiple manufactured parties identified by various pseudonyms. These “footnotes” were then cited as “facts” to create a self-authenticated trail of accusations (essentially, making an accusation on one site and then pointing to that accusation from another site under a different name and citing the first accusation as fact). These attacks also involved the dissemination of false and misleading information via fake websites, email broadcasts to attack the reputation of Vision Forum and Doug Phillips and destroy Vision Forum’s customer base.
Behind the scenes debates on the best way to create plausible deniability to charges against them of racism resulting from their cordiality and cooperation with a white separatist group known as Kinists.
Active deception and falsehood concerning the true origin of the various defamatory articles published on Ministry Watchman.
III. Epstein Co-conspirator Terminated from Position of Public Trust after State Supreme Court Justice Finds Evidence of Vile Schemes
To assist them in the Jennifer Epstein/Ministry Watchman cabal to harm men and ministries, the co-conspirators looked to a young attorney serving a state Supreme Court Justice in a position of confidentiality and public trust. The young attorney was David Linton, an individual who may have had personal belligerence towards Ligonier Ministries, the Highlands Study Center and Vision Forum all objects of Jennifer Epsteins personal and public smear campaign. Evidence of Epsteins collaboration with Linton was brought to our attention by the Supreme Court Justice himself who personally caught his employee in lies and discovered him misappropriating state property for the purpose of aiding and abetting Jennifer Epstein.
After discovering the unlawful acts of his own employee and realizing the scope and magnitude of the vile schemes in which Linton was involved in assisting Jennifer Epstein, the Supreme Court Justice immediately terminated Lintons employment and sent Doug Phillips a letter which explained:
I am writing to let you know that David Lintons employment with my office was terminated Tuesday. He circumvented an explicit directive from me and got involved secretly aiding attacks on you and Vision Forum by the Ministry Watchman malcontents. I want to personally apologize to you and Beall and Vision Forum for the actions of my former employee and ask your forgiveness for me for not catching this sooner and acting before now. I have the highest regard and admiration for you and your ministry and am sickened that one of my own would have facilitated an attempt to tarnish your well-deserved reputation for integrity.
Epstein, Linton, and their co-conspirators got caught. Not only did David Linton engage in the misappropriation of state property for unlawful acts, but in breach of public trust and violation of the ethical standards of the court by which this attorney was bound as an officer of the court. The Supreme Court Justice explained further:
Evidence suggesting Davids possible involvement with Ministry Watchman caused me to investigate personally and discover direct, irrefutable evidence of his participation. On the State computer that he uses in my office I restored a deleted file that shows that he edited, on State time, a Word document, the Properties of which reveal that it originated with Jennifer Epstein, that was posted on Ministry Watchman later that same day. When I confronted him, he acknowledged that he had provided email addresses to Ministry Watchman that were used to disseminate attacks against Vision Forum...Davids employment was terminated because of his abuse of my trust, abuse of State equipment, and abuse of State time to accomplish his vile schemes.... I also pray that the horrific impact of the false accusations may be rectified.
Regretfully, the actions of David Linton and the other conspirators did not stop at their tortious interference with the business and reputation of Vision Forum. Through the email campaign, they conspired to create electronic transmissions including untruthful information which were broadcast to state officials. These broadcasts were also used to disseminate absurd and outrageous charges against a godly Christian missionary, falsely implicating him in unlawful acts which resulted in the death of many children.
Vision Forum may publish future reports related to these vile schemes. For now, the letter of the Supreme Court Justice is available on a need to know basis to pastors or others who may be directly affected by the activities of Jennifer Epstein and David Linton.
