Point of View Radio Provides Forum for Biblical Truth on the Sin of Women at War

What a privilege to be featured on the national broadcast of Point of View this week. Marlin Maddoux, the founder and host or POV, went to be with the Lord earlier this year, but his spirit of truth lives on in his successors. For an hour I visited with Penna Dexter and call in guests to discuss not only the horrific implications of women at war, but also the more defining issue; the reason why such a strategy is prohibited biblically. We addressed the tragedy of Christians refusing to hold the current president accountable for his unbiblical policies regarding homosexuality and women at war, the farce of the combat vs. non-combat distinction, the effeminizing implication of women at war on the men of this nation, and the call for registering women alongside of men pursuant to a potential future draft.

Not surprisingly, today’s Washington Post featured an editorial written by former special assistant to President Richard Nixon, Noel Koch, calling for a mandatory draft. Also, not surprising, the UPI reported that Iraqi rebel leader Abu Musab Zarqawi’s network has been instructed to kidnap a female U.S. soldier. UPI reports that “Defense sources told the [Washington] Times, Zarqawi’s network wants to further shock the West by kidnapping servicewomen and displaying them on videotape. He also said the terrorists might be planning “payback” for a U.S. female soldier seen taking part in the abuse of Iraqi inmates at Abu Ghraib prison near Baghdad.”
