I am so grateful for the amazing team of men and women who make Vision Forum’s Jonathan Park radio adventure drama a reality. Especially noteworthy as the genius behind our series, Mr. Pat Roy wears many hats, including writer and producer. Thanks to Pat, the show just keeps getting better and better. My children wait with baited breath for each new episode and listen to them over and over again on CD.
God willing, Vision Forum will be producing twenty-four new episodes this year. For those of you who enjoyed the secret codes and mysteries built into the Vision Forum catalog this year, I invite you to pay very careful attention to future episodes of Jonathan Park. We have some notable surprises in store for our listeners that will creatively push the envelope of conventional radio adventure drama in a direction beyond what you might imagine.
In the meantime, I would like to officially welcome both the nation of Sudan and our own nation’s top Christian radio station to the Jonathan Park family. Thanks to the work of my missionary brother Brad Phillips (president of the Persecution Project), impoverished Sudanese Christians will be able to tune in through the network of radio stations he has established.
Jonathan Park has also just been added to the Saturday morning line-up on radio station KWAVE (KWVE-FM). KWAVE was named the #1 Christian radio station by the National Religious Broadcasters and reaches about 140,000 listeners in southern California. Their signal is heard in Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego. While the station has played Jonathan Park for a few months each summer, we are grateful that they are now adding it to their year-round weekly schedule. If you live in southern California, we invite you to tune into KWAVE at 107.9FM on Saturday mornings at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time). If you live outside the area, you can tune in at www.kwve.com.
