Congratulations to the CHAP board for an outstanding conference this weekend in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, dedicated to distinctively Christian home education. More than ten thousand home educators attended. I gave my messages The Promise: The Beauty and Power of the Fifth Commandment; How to Think Like a Christian; A Home School Vision of Victory; and Rebulding a Culture of Virtuous Boyhood. My friend Norm Wakefield also spoke at the conference, and he presented his retinue of important topics incorporating a deep respect for the sovereignty of God with practical issues for the Christian family.
