Dear Vision Forum: I am a history buff and our family genealogist (well, one of them anyway). I love the “thrill of the hunt” in finding out new information about our family history in America. Last year my husband was deployed to Iraq and, to keep ourselves busy, my children and I played along with the online version of NBC’s Treasure Hunters. It seemed like a good fit for our family as we are all curious about history. My husband returned home safe and sound in September and we received your Providence and Perseverance Catalog in November (I believe). Imagine our great surprise when we found that we had another treasure hunt we could play along on?! We solved the first clue that first night but sat the catalog aside again until after the Christmas holidays had passed. We picked up the hunt again and wanted to let you know how blessed we’ve been to be able to follow along with the clues and persevere! Our family has answered clues anywhere from just sitting in the living room together all the way to using it as a distraction on the way to the Children’s Hospital in Phoenix where our oldest son had to have an EEG (he had to be sleep deprived!!). We will continue to persevere and will see you in Virginia this summer, whether we are in the 100 or not! God bless you as you continue to minister to people in such unique and Godly ways!
