“My name is Melanie and I am 13 years old and I just recently attended the 400th anniversary of Jamestown. I just wanted to write and say thank you so much for doing the celebration. My family and I had so much fun and I learned so much history there. We moved to Tennessee from Colorado a year ago and I have still yet to find any Christian girls my age here....it was so encouraging to see all those Christian young women and men gathered together to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the landing and beginning of our fathers. I also wanted to write and say thank you for doing the father/daughter retreat. My dad and I spent some very special time together and I really enjoyed it.
