VIDEO SUBMISSION AGREEMENT The applicant hereby grants to The Vision Forum, Inc., and their successors and assignees, the irrevocable and unlimited right in perpetuity and without further consideration to copyright, use, sell, license, distribute, publish and republish, televise, or broadcast in any and all manner and media, for any and all news, trade, publicity, commercial, non-commercial, advertising, or other purposes, in whole or in part, together with such additions, alterations, editing, or changes therein as The Vision Forum, Inc. may deem desirable in their sole discretion on the subject of and entitled herein after referred to as "Material." The applicant warrants the submission as his or her original work and that there are no disputes regarding the ownership of the submission. The applicant also warrants the submitted Material does not defame or invade the rights of any person living or dead. The applicant fully indemnifies The Vision Forum, Inc. against any claim made for such violations of law. The applicant affirms that all necessary model releases have been obtained for the submitted Material.
