Having grown up in and around politics for my entire life and practiced law in the defense of home school freedoms and parental rights, it is my observation that there are four key problems that undermine the ability of Christians to influence the society in which they live: Lack of confidence in the Word of God as the sufficient guide for law, ethics, and policy; ignorance of the biblical foundation for our common law; an ungodly dependence on pragmatic, rather than principled, methodologies; and failure to practice living out godly principles of self-government in our own homes. The Witherspoon School was founded to specifically address each of these issues.

Over the last six years, the Witherspoon School of Law and Public Policy has graduated hundreds of students, including home educators, law students, pastors, attorneys, judges, legislators, and many others who share a common vision to better understand the biblical foundations for law and public policy.

Recorded live from the 2005 Witherspoon School held in Luray, Virginia, there are thirteen messages on twelve DVDs. These lectures have been carefully selected to give high school and pre-law students a thorough introduction and crash course in American law and public policy from a biblical and historical perspective. Included are messages from Doug Phillips, Chief Justice Roy Moore, Justice Tom Parker, Dr. Paul Jehle, Dr. John Eidsmoe, and William Einwechter. Over 14 hours of lectures.
