
Domestic Shipping Policies (48 Contiguous States)
Shipping Method
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate carrier for the time-sensitive nature of your package and desired shipping address. Most items we carry can be delivered to a P.O. Box, with the exception of all drop ship and specialty items, which are marked as such in the product description page when applicable. When you choose 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day shipping, we may use any shipping method necessary to deliver your package within our guaranteed time frame.
When to Expect Your Order
Our expected delivery dates are based on how quickly we can obtain the items you ordered, process your shipment, the location of your shipping address, and the method of shipment selected and paid for.
Backordered Items
Orders containing in-stock items and one or more backordered item are delayed until the final backordered item returns to stock, or for up to two weeks, whichever comes first. All in-stock items will ship ahead of all backordered items that have not returned to stock after two weeks from the date of order at no additional charge. Upon availability, all items backordered for more than two weeks will ship together using the shipping service requested and paid for.
Ship Ahead Option
You can choose to immediately ship all in-stock items ahead of all backordered items for an additional shipping fee. The cost and amount of time it takes to process and ship ahead your in-stock items are subject to the shipping speed selected at the time of your order.
Standard Ground Service
Orders placed with Standard Ground shipping are subject to potential delays caused by fluctuation in volume and product availability. We strive to deliver packages using this shipping method within 3-7 business days from order placement. However, this time frame is only an estimated average, not a guarantee.
Next-Day Service
Orders placed with Next-Day shipping service are delivered by UPS and guaranteed for delivery to street addresses only. We cannot guarantee Next-Day service to a P.O. Box.
2-Day and 3-Day Services
Orders placed with 2-Day or 3-Day shipping services are deliverable by UPS to street addresses and the United States Postal Service to P.O. Boxes.
Package Labeling
We will not affix any messages or instructions to the outside of your package other than our name, carrier labels, order number, ship-to address and return address.
Shipping Surcharges
Due to their size and or weight, specialty items will incur a minimal shipping surcharge that is automatically included in your shipping fee. All items subject to this surcharge are designated as specialty items at the top of their product description page.
Drop Ship Items
Drop ship items are warehoused by a third party and will ship separately from the rest of your order. These items are not eligible for expedited processing or shipping.
Shipping Refund Policy
Only orders using 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day service are eligible for shipping refunds if delivered outside our guaranteed time frame. Items delivered in damaged or defective condition may also receive a shipping refund if replacement is not desired. If your package is delivered outside of our guaranteed time frame, or arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within 30-days of receipt of your order for a full refund of your shipping fee. Orders using standard ground service are not eligible for a shipping refund, as the delivery time frame is an estimated one.
Return Policy
Each of our products has been selected to meet your highest expectations. If your are not completely satisfied for any reason, you have 30-days from the date the order was received to return your merchandise in new condition for a replacement or product refund. Please allow up to four weeks for receipt of replacement or refund.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. (CST) with 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day shipping will process and ship the same business day. Orders using 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day shipping placed after 1:00 p.m. (CST) will process and ship the following business day. Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. (CST) using Standard Ground shipping will begin processing the same business day, but may take longer to ship. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (CST) using Standard Ground shipping will begin processing the following business day.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses
Services to these locations may take longer transit times — up to 21 days for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
International Shipping
Customs and Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties and cannot be avoided by Vision Forum. We strive to limit the likelihood of such fees as much as is permissible by law — declaring on the outside of your package a general list of its contents and a value equal to the amount you paid for them.
